The purpose of this project is to evaluation of the performance of cleaning and treating municipal solid waste (MSW). The evaluation performance includes the cleaning of waste, the treatment of waste, the recycling, the performance of accounting, the performance of management. The DEA (Data Envelope Analysis method) is applied to assess the cleaning of MSW. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is used to evaluate the performance of MSW. The result of this project will be a useful reference for the subsidence in budget.
